For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.

Warnings
WARNING: There are two configurations of this tank with two different valves that make the two spare parts non-interchangeable.
Check the type of water tank you have before purchasing; this spare part is the "B" configuration.
Ensure that the tank to be replaced has or does not have the gasket at the connection part.
This is the version WITH gasket and is to be used exclusively as a replacement for models with the gasket. (See the last photo of the product)
If you cannot verify the presence of the gasket, check the frame of the coffee machine; the pin that engages with the tank must be of the movable and removable type.
What is it for?
Basically, what is the function of a water tank in a bean-to-cup coffee machine? Its main purpose is to store the clean water needed for coffee preparation. Through a spring valve located at the bottom, it connects to the extraction pump, allowing water to flow steadily to the machine's internal heating system. Usually, a floating magnet is positioned inside it, which rises or falls based on the amount of water present in the tank. This magnet is necessary for the coffee machine to signal whether the tank needs to be filled or not.
Symptoms, what problems can a faulty tank cause?
Question: What are the signs that indicate my Delonghi bean-to-cup coffee machine's tank is broken?
Answer: The most evident symptoms are puddles of water under the machine, visible cracks in the plastic, or a broken lower valve.
Question: Why is the machine not drawing water?
Answer: If the container is intact, the problem may be caused by a blockage or limescale buildup in the gasket seat, which obstructs the proper flow of liquid to the internal circuits.
Question: Why does the water absence light illuminate on my Delonghi coffee machine even though the container is full?
Answer: Generally, there is a magnet inside the tank, which is continuously detected by a Reed-type sensor within the appliance. If the floating sensor is demagnetized or does not move with the varying amount of water, the coffee machine will always indicate the water absence error. Another problem arising from this error could be a broken plastic tab located at the top of the tank, or other types of issues with other internal components.
Tips for Product Longevity
To preserve the longevity of your Delonghi water container, we suggest cleaning it frequently by hand using warm water. Try not to use the dishwasher: high temperatures could irreparably damage the gasket. Additionally, preferably use filtered water to reduce limescale buildup in your bean-to-cup coffee machine and regularly perform complete descaling.
Our Recommendations
Based on our experience in service, the main cause of damage is accidental drops during daily cleaning. When removing the tank from the base, act carefully and do not pull forcefully on the fittings. If you notice a slight dripping after washing, check that the gasket is properly seated before deciding to replace it. Also, do not forget to descale your appliance every 3 months using a specific product; limescale can deposit in the opening valve and clog the water outlet hole or block the internal magnet. NEVER use vinegar.
