The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.

For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.

The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.

Delivery times for Italy are approximately 2-3 working days for 95% of the Italian territory; timing variations may apply for smaller islands, remote locations, or exclaves.

Delivery times for European Union countries may vary from 5 to 15 working days, excluding smaller islands and remote locations.

Delivery times for the rest of the world may vary from 10 to 70 working days and will depend on the international postal system's timings.

Customs costs, duties, import taxes, clearance into your country, or similar events are always the responsibility of the recipient.

- Returns

Returns of items can be made within 14 days of receipt, and transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the product.

If you have used our facilitated return service, the shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used.

The refund covers the entire amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.

In the case of products received damaged, worn, or missing their internal, external parts, or packaging if present, no refund will be issued. Proof of the product will be provided upon receipt through direct contact.
