Products under warranty
If your appliance is still under warranty and the brand is among those we assist, the procedure is simple:
- 📦 Bring the appliance to our centre.
- 🔌 Include the charger and essential components.
- 🧾 Bring proof of purchase.
We open the case and complete the intervention usually within 3–5 working days.
ℹ️ No entry fee is required for warranty interventions.
Products out of warranty
If the product is out of warranty:
- 📦 Bring the complete appliance.
- 💶 Pay the entry fee upon acceptance.
- 🧪 We perform diagnosis and provide a quote.
For 5 € extra, diagnosis within 1 working day.
- Immediate repair if possible.
- Spare parts: approximately 10–15 days.
