PG Service cannot be held responsible in the event of delays due to strikes, adverse weather conditions or sociopolitical events beyond its control.

Delivery times for Italy are approximately 2-3 working days for 95% of the Italian territory, variations in timing may apply for smaller islands, remote locations or exclaves.

Delivery times for European Union countries can vary from 5 to 15 working days, excluding smaller islands and remote locations.

Delivery times for the rest of the world can vary from 10 to 70 working days and in any case according to the timing of the international postal system.

Returns

Easy returns within 30 days

You can return your purchases, for any reason, within 30 days of receiving them. The transport costs are at your expense (unless there has been an error on our part, in which case contact us), but if you cannot find a cheap or reliable courier we will help you: we can send our courier to collect the package at your address (Italy only) or provide you with a prepaid label to take the package to a post office.

The transport cost will be quoted to you in advance and will be deducted from the final refund.
