The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.

Maintenance Tips and Lifespan
To extend the lifespan of your AS00009240 steam tube and prevent premature breakage, it is crucial to follow some simple rules. The number one enemy is milk residue: when it dries, it creates solid plugs that are difficult to remove and promotes bacterial growth. We recommend purging the tube by dispensing water for 2 seconds immediately after each use and wiping the exterior with a damp cloth. Also, regularly perform descaling of the coffee machine, as limescale can accumulate internally, reducing the steam passage diameter and increasing internal pressure, potentially causing breakage or completely clogging the dispensing tap.
Installation Instructions
Installing this spare part requires good manual skills and DIY ability. Before starting, ensure that the machine is turned off, unplugged, and completely cool to avoid burns. Remove the moving parts (lid, tank, drip tray, etc.), the outer covers, and the steam knob. Now look at the coffee machine from the left side (if you are facing it), generally, the tube is secured with a retaining clip to the tap group. Remove the tab and pull down the steam wand; it should come off easily. Perform a steam dispensing test before reassembling the outer casings.
