The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

La bocchetta pavimenti è il componente dell’aspirapolvere che permette di aspirare efficacemente le superfici del pavimento. Durante l’utilizzo, il flusso d’aria generato dal motore dell’aspirapolvere passa attraverso la bocchetta e trascina polvere e detriti verso il circuito di aspirazione. La particolare forma della bocchetta permette di concentrare il flusso d’aria vicino alla superficie, favorendo una pulizia più efficiente. A seconda del modello, la spazzola può essere dotata di setole retrattili che consentono di regolarla in base alla superficie da pulire: con le setole estratte è generalmente più indicata per superfici delicate, mentre con le setole rientrate può essere utilizzata più facilmente su tappeti e moquette. Le ruote presenti sulla spazzola facilitano inoltre il passaggio sulle diverse superfici, mentre lo snodo permette di raggiungere meglio gli spazi sotto i mobili durante l’aspirazione.
I nostri consigli
Per mantenere la testina della tua aspirapolvere in perfette condizioni e assicurare una lunga durata, è consigliabile pulirla regolarmente. Rimuovi fili, peli di animali e altri detriti che potrebbero attaccarsi alle setole o alle ruote. Si raccomanda, controlla periodicamente lo stato delle setole e sostituisci la spazzola se usurate per prevenire danni al pavimento e garantire una pulizia efficace. Ricorda di verificare anche le condizioni delle ruote per evitare macchie e strisce sul pavimento.
Suggerimenti per la durata del prodotto
Per mantenere efficiente della spazzola pavimento dell’aspirapolvere è importante eliminare periodicamente capelli, peli, fili e residui che possono accumularsi tra le setole, nelle ruote e nel canale interno della spazzola. Un’eventuale intasamento può ridurre la capacità di aspirazione e sottoporre l’aspirapolvere a un maggiore sforzo. Controlla inoltre che le parti di scorrimento girino senza attriti e che lo attacco della spazzola non presenti crepe. Se la spazzola dispone di setole regolabili, utilizza la configurazione appropriata in base alla superficie da pulire, evitando di azionare con eccessiva forza i comandi. Per la pulizia, utilizza un accessorio non abrasivo ed evita di immergere la spazzola in acqua, salvo diversa indicazione del produttore. Una manutenzione periodica aiuta a mantenere la spazzola in buone condizioni e a prevenire rotture.
Sintomi, quali problemi puoi risolvere sostituendo il spazzola pavimenti
- La spazzola non scorre più bene sul pavimento? Il problema potrebbe essere causato da rotelle danneggiate oppure da uno raccordo deformato; se la pulizia non risolve il problema, può essere necessario sostituire la spazzola.
- L'aspirapolvere aspira bene dal tubo ma perde potenza quando colleghi la spazzola? Verifica prima che il passaggio dell'aria non sia intasato da capelli, polvere o altri residui; se il passaggio è completamente pulito ma la spazzola presenta deformazioni che provocano perdite d'aria, la sostituzione può ripristinare la corretta aspirazione.
- Il comando pavimenti e tappeti non funziona correttamente? Il comando delle setole potrebbe essere rotto; se non è possibile recuperare il corretto funzionamento con una normale pulizia, può essere preferibile la sostituzione della spazzola.
- L'attacco non rimane più ben fissato? Controlla che il problema non dipenda dal tubo; se invece l'attacco della spazzola è deformato, la sostituzione può ripristinare un collegamento stabile.
