Orders are processed within 24 working hours of receiving payment.
The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs delays, or sociopolitical events beyond its control.
Delivery times for Italy are approximately 2-3 working days for 95% of the Italian territory; timing variations may apply for smaller islands, remote locations, or exclaves.
Delivery times for European Union countries may vary from 5 to 15 working days, excluding smaller islands and remote locations.

Returns of items can be made within 14 days of receipt, and transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you have used our facilitated return service, the shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used.
The refund covers the entire amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.

Technical features

- What it includes: solenoid coil, connecting valve between steam tube and boiler, safety valve for steam discharge
- This electrovalve is the part that controls the blocking and dispensing of steam from the boiler. It works like a traffic light; when the user presses the button on the iron to release steam, the solenoid coil is electrically excited and, through the magnets inside it, lifts the piston located inside the valve, allowing steam to flow out of the boiler.
- Please note: the plastic filter is no longer provided by the manufacturer with the spare part and is not available for separate purchase.
