Orders are processed within 24 working hours of receiving payment.
The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs delays, or sociopolitical events beyond its control.
Delivery times for Italy are approximately 2-3 working days for 95% of the Italian territory; timing variations may apply for smaller islands, remote locations, or exclaves.

Symptoms, what problems can you solve by replacing the pump
- No steam; if your iron does not produce steam, it may be due to a faulty water pump or limescale buildup.
- Little steam; the pump may be under strain due to limescale blockages.
- Water leakage; sometimes the fittings can break and drip, in this case, it is necessary to replace the pump.
Service center advice
- Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for product cleaning.
- Limescale significantly reduces the lifespan of the iron, especially the parts that come into contact with water.
- We recommend always using demineralized or distilled water mixed with tap water (75% demineralized and 25% tap).
Installation instructions
- Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply before repair.
- The installation of this spare part is extremely simple; just unscrew the back cover of the iron, disconnect the pump connector, and replace it.
