Orders are processed within 24 working hours of receiving payment.
The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs delays, or sociopolitical events beyond its control.
Delivery times for Italy are approximately 2-3 working days for 95% of the Italian territory; timing variations may apply for smaller islands, remote locations, or exclaves.

Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you have used our facilitated return service, the shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Symptoms, what problems can you solve by replacing the motor
- Smells burnt immediately or shortly after turning on, in this case, the problem may be caused by worn brushes or a defective stator winding.
- Poor suction, usually caused by exhausted filters or accumulations of dust and foreign objects in the motor fan.
- Very noisy, high motor noise may be caused by an out-of-balance rotor, a defect in the stator, or a foreign object trapped in the fan.
- No suction or too weak, check the general conditions of the motor and vacuum cleaner, a problem that can usually be solved with good general maintenance of the vacuum cleaner and filters.
- The vacuum cleaner turns off by itself shortly after starting, a problem usually caused by a defect in the rotor or stator that overheats and triggers the thermal protection to prevent damage to the appliance.
- Does not turn on, the cause may be exhausted carbon brushes or a faulty motor.
- Short circuit, if the circuit breaker trips, it is likely that the stator winding or motor connections are faulty.
Installation instructions
- Replacing the motor is not a complex operation that requires special technical knowledge; it can be performed by anyone with a minimum of DIY skills.
- Ensure that the plug is not inserted into the electrical outlet.
- Make sure to correctly reposition the motor supports.
- During disassembly, pay particular attention to the power cable winding support, the spring holding the cable may slip.
Service center advice
- Before replacing the motor, check that a thorough cleaning of the motor itself is not sufficient. Sometimes foreign objects can block the suction fan, or accumulations of dust and dirt can reduce suction capabilities.
- To maintain high efficiency and prolong the life of the motor, perform a complete cleaning of the tank and filters every 2-3 uses.
- Replace filters every 6 months or according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- If possible, during maintenance, blow compressed air between the motor vents to free it from any dust and dirt accumulations.
- Always use high-quality filters and bags to retain as many dirt particles as possible.
