The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.

QUESTION: Why does my nozzle detach during hair drying?
ANSWER: With heat and time, or due to accidental damage, the connection fitting may deform or become damaged. As a result, the connection may no longer be as precise and stable as before. By replacing this spare part, you can start using your accessory without issues. Also, check that the part in the body of the hairdryer where the nozzle connects is perfectly intact.
What is the purpose of the concentrator nozzle?
An air concentrator is an essential accessory for any hairdryer. Its main function is to narrow the airflow outlet, increasing the pressure and speed of the stream. This allows you to work on individual strands of hair without disturbing the rest of the hair, making it easier to straighten with a brush or add targeted volume at the roots.
