Orders are processed within 24 working hours of receiving payment.
The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.

General Operation
In general, an NTC temperature probe in an air fryer acts to constantly measure the heat inside the cooking chamber. This bulb sensor sends an electrical signal to the motherboard which, based on the detected resistance, decides whether to activate or deactivate the internal heating element. Without this essential component, the appliance would not know when the set temperature has been reached, risking burning the food or not heating at all.

Question: How do I know if the probe of my Moulinex air fryer is faulty?
Answer: Error codes usually appear on the display or the fryer shows incorrect temperatures.
Question: Why does the fryer suddenly turn off during use?
Answer: A broken NTC sensor can send an incorrect overheating reading, triggering the safety systems that stop the cooking cycle.
Tips for Product Longevity
To preserve the efficiency of your probe, it is essential to avoid excessive buildup of grease and food residues on the sensor tip. Gently clean the surface of the probe with a soft damp cloth, avoiding corrosive chemical products that could damage the coating. Typical breakage reasons are often related to mechanical vibrations or overly vigorous cleaning that can break the thin internal wires of the thermistor.
