The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.

The NTC sensor inside a coffee machine acts as a precision electronic thermometer. Its job is to constantly monitor the heat of the boiler or thermoblock, sending an electrical signal to the motherboard. Thanks to this monitoring, the device knows exactly when to stop heating, ensuring that the beverage is neither too cold nor burnt.
Symptoms, what problems can you solve by replacing the temperature sensor
Question: What are the signs of a faulty NTC temperature detection probe?
Answer: Typical anomalies include a coffee machine that does not heat at all. In other cases, you may notice abnormal overheating or a specific error message for the NTC circuit on the display (for models that are equipped with it). Usually, a general alarm is returned.
Care and maintenance of the spare part
To extend the life of this temperature detector, regular descaling is necessary. Limescale is indeed the most common cause of failure: by creating a buildup around the probe, it thermally insulates it, causing it to malfunction until it leads to a short circuit or the interruption of the internal filament.

Probes often break not only due to limescale but also due to excessive vibrations or oxidation of the connectors.
