Orders are processed within 24 working hours of receiving payment.
The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs delays, or sociopolitical events beyond its control.
Delivery times for Italy are approximately 2-3 working days for 95% of the Italian territory; timing variations may apply for smaller islands, remote locations, or exclaves.

Care and Maintenance of the Spare Part
To extend the life of this nozzle, it is essential to perform regular descaling cycles. Mineral residues and organic sediments are the most common reasons why the part deteriorates. It is also recommended to clean the duct with a short cycle of just water after each use to eliminate fresh impurities.

With the use of non-original capsules, coffee deposits can accumulate inside this spout over time. These sediments tend to generate mold and bacteria, altering the taste of your coffee and making it undrinkable. If your coffee has had a strange taste for some time, this could be the issue. As mentioned earlier, we always recommend running clean water after each coffee prepared to keep the outlet spout clean. There are also cleaning capsules based on active oxygen and degreasing enzymes that allow for quick cleaning of the outlet duct. For example, in our shop, you can find the Axor CN603 cleaning capsules that are specifically designed for this purpose and are universal and compatible with all Nespresso coffee machines except for Vertuo models.
