Orders are processed within 24 working hours of receiving payment.
The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.

What is it for?
In an air fryer, the rubber supports play an important role: they serve to create a soft spacer between the metal grill and the inner coating of the basket. This component prevents rubbing from damaging the non-stick layer and ensures that the grill remains securely in place, promoting the flow of hot air for even cooking and is clearly designed to withstand high temperatures.
Symptoms, what problems can you solve by replacing the rubber supports?
Question: Why does the grill of the Moulinex air fryer wobble or tend to fall when I shake the basket?
Answer: This almost always happens because one or more rubber supports are worn out.
Question: Why is the coating of the basket getting scratched?
Answer: The lack of silicone pads exposes the metal of the grill, which, when in contact with the walls, damages the non-stick surface during use.
How to preserve the lifespan of the component
The most common cause of breakage of the feet is excessive heat combined with the accumulation of fats that can degrade the silicone. To extend the lifespan, we recommend not using overly aggressive dishwasher cycles; prefer hand washing with warm water and neutral soap, carefully drying them before reassembling them on the grill.
