For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.

What is the Filter Holder Arm for
The filter holder handle is the mechanical heart of the interaction between the user and the coffee machine. QUESTION: Why is water leaking from the edges of the filter holder while I make coffee?
ANSWER: This often indicates that the attachment tabs of the filter holder are worn and no longer seal properly, or that the gasket of the coffee machine's brew group is worn out. If the AS00001584 arm is new, check the gasket of the machine.
QUESTION: The handle moves or seems loose, what should I do?
ANSWER: With heat and vibrations, the internal screws can loosen or the internal plastic can crack. If the play is excessive, it is necessary to replace the entire arm to avoid burns or accidental drops of the filter. Also, check that the side tabs are not too thin; over time they can reduce in thickness and cause the arm to slip during extraction.
QUESTION: Why is the coffee coming out cold or without crema?
ANSWER: If the filter holder is cold, lower the water temperature. Additionally, if the internal pressurization system is clogged with coffee oil residues, the emulsion will not occur properly. A deep cleaning or replacement is necessary. Consider whether it is sufficient to replace only the coffee filter holder; in this case, you can find it available in our shop.
Care and Maintenance Tips
To extend the life of your Delonghi AS00001584 arm, follow these simple rules:
1. Never wash the filter holder in the dishwasher. Harsh detergents and the aluminum often used in these components react, becoming dark and releasing oxide. Always wash it by hand with hot water.
2. Do not tighten the arm too forcefully on the brew group; it just needs to be secure. Over-tightening prematurely wears out the tabs and the machine's gasket.
3. Regularly clean the outlet spout and the internal filter from burnt coffee residues that can alter the flavor of the espresso.

Here are some tips to ensure the arm and filter last long, plus one trick for perfect coffee:
- When you finish extracting coffee, empty the filter and rinse it under water, then reattach it to the machine and run hot water; this will remove coffee residues and prevent them from hardening in the filter. You will extend its lifespan and avoid bacterial growth.
- When the coffee machine is cold, check the gasket of the brew group. If it seems too dry, try applying a thin layer of food-grade grease. It will be softer, and the filter holder will fit better without excessive force.
- Periodically check that no blocks of hardened coffee have formed in the brew group, as they can lead to unwanted breakages over time. If you are replacing the component, ensure that the guides are completely clear before installing the new one.
- A small trick for perfect coffee: heat the machine with the arm and filter mounted on the brew group; when ready for extraction, run hot water to maximize the temperature of both the support and the filter, only after this step put the coffee in the cup. You will achieve a creamy espresso at the perfect temperature!
