Orders are processed within 24 working hours from the receipt of payment.
The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Belgium for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 in these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world based on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to any temporary service disruptions by couriers or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays due to strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs delays, or sociopolitical events beyond its control.
Delivery times for Italy are approximately 2-3 working days for 95% of the Italian territory; timing variations may apply for minor islands, remote locations, or exclaves.
