The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.

What is its function?
In a hand blender, the chopper reducer plays a crucial role: it not only serves as a cover for the chopper bowl but also contains a gear group inside. This component transmits the rotational force from the motor body to the blades, allowing for precise chopping of ingredients such as meat, vegetables, or nuts.
Symptoms, what problems can a faulty lid cause?
Question: Why have the blades of the chopper stopped spinning even though the blender motor is on?
Answer: Almost certainly, the internal gears of the adapter have been damaged due to overload.
Question: I hear a metallic noise during the use of the chopper, why?
Answer: This indicates that the transmission mechanism is worn out, and the bowl closure needs to be replaced to avoid damage to the motor.
Tips for Product Longevity
To extend the lifespan of your lid, we strongly recommend never washing it in the dishwasher or fully submerging it in water. Water can enter the gears causing rust or loss of lubricant grease. Clean the part using only a well-wrung cloth. Remember to avoid processing excessively hard or frozen foods to prevent stressing the internal components.
Professional Tips
As it is designed for home use and not for professional use, continuous use of this type of accessory without breaks is not recommended. Even though the motor is particularly powerful, using it without taking any breaks or allowing it to cool down can lead to overheating breakage. It is advisable to always take a break of a few minutes between uses and preferably not to use the motor continuously for more than twenty or thirty seconds.
