Orders are processed within 24 working hours of receiving payment.
The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs delays, or sociopolitical events beyond its control.
Delivery times for Italy are approximately 2-3 working days for 95% of the Italian territory; timing variations may apply for smaller islands, remote locations, or exclaves.
Delivery times for European Union countries may vary from 5 to 15 working days, excluding smaller islands and remote locations.

Returns of items can be made within 14 days of receipt, and transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you have used our facilitated return service, the shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Generic operation
This spare part is the support mask that sits between the container of your air fryer and the handle that serves as a grip for inserting and removing the bowl from the appliance. Without this basket support, it is not possible to install and use the handle.
Installation instructions
- The installation is very simple; just unscrew the screws that hold it anchored to the basket and slide out the guides. Install the new mask in the same way, making sure to recover the cover front, guide pads, and handle.
