Orders are processed within 24 working hours of receiving payment.
The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs delays, or sociopolitical events beyond its control.
Delivery times for Italy are approximately 2-3 working days for 95% of the Italian territory; timing variations may apply for smaller islands, remote locations, or exclaves.

Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you have used our facilitated return service, the shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

- Operation: Thermal fuses (also known as TCO) are components that interrupt the flow of electricity when they detect a temperature exceeding their limit; they are essential safety devices that prevent irreparable damage to internal components or worse damage such as burns or fires.
- Symptoms: If your air fryer does not turn on, the problem may be caused by blown TCOs.
- CAT advice: Before replacing them, ensure that other critical components such as heating element, probes, and electronic board are functioning and without issues. If replacing the faulty TCOs does not resolve the failure, it means that the problem is caused by another component that is causing the temperature to rise too much (likely the temperature sensing probe).
