The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.

Positioned at the bottom of the basket, its job is to elevate the food from the bottom of the basket, allowing air circulation to reach every ingredient at 360 degrees. Thanks to this system, the heat from the hot air ensures even crispiness while draining excess fat to the bottom. Renewing this plate when it is worn protects the internal non-stick coating and speeds up daily cleaning. Using an intact plate is essential to maintain the original performance of your air fryer.
Symptoms, what problems can a faulty grid cause?
Question: When is it appropriate to replace the air fryer plate?
Answer: We recommend proceeding with the replacement if you notice that the non-stick coating is peeling off. Using a chipped cooking surface can compromise health and make daily cleaning of your appliance very difficult. The original spare part SS-998247 ensures maximum safety.
Question: Why is the internal plate unstable or scratching the air fryer basket?
Answer: Often the problem is due to the deformation of the edges of the grid caused by wear or aggressive dishwasher washing. Be careful when washing this component not to bend it as it is quite light and easily deformable.
Question: How to tell if the removable grid needs to be replaced?
Answer: The main signs of a component that needs replacing are the presence of oxidation or black stains that are impossible to clean. Avoid metal utensils such as forks or steel tongs; always prefer wooden or heat-resistant plastic ladles. For cleaning, avoid abrasive sponges or harsh detergents. Wash the spare part with warm water, mild soap, and a non-abrasive soft sponge. Although dishwasher washing is possible, hand washing is strongly recommended to keep the non-stick intact over time. Allow the part to cool completely before washing to avoid thermal shock. If you notice signs of rust, stop using your Air Fryer immediately and purchase a new grid as soon as possible.
