The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.

Delivery times for Italy are approximately 2-3 working days for 95% of the Italian territory; timing variations may apply for smaller islands, remote locations, or exclaves.

What is it for?
This grid is the fundamental component of the hot air cooking mechanism, allowing heat to pass through the openings and envelop the foods to be cooked at 360 degrees, thus achieving a crispy, healthy result in a shorter time compared to a traditional electric oven.
Symptoms, what problems can you solve by replacing the grid?
Question: Can I use the separator grid even if it has lost its non-stick coating?
Answer: Absolutely not, it is not recommended to use any component that is losing its non-stick enamel coating or paint, whether it is the separator grid or the basket. We advise you to replace the grid as soon as possible!
Tips and Maintenance
To preserve the lifespan of your new Moulinex grid and its non-stick coating, follow these simple tips. Avoid metal utensils such as forks or steel tongs; always prefer wooden or heat-resistant plastic ladles. For cleaning, avoid abrasive sponges or harsh detergents. Wash the spare part with warm water, mild soap, and a non-abrasive soft sponge. Although dishwasher washing is possible, hand washing is strongly recommended to maintain the non-stick coating over time. Allow the part to cool completely before washing to avoid thermal shock. If you notice signs of rust, stop using your Air Fryer immediately and purchase a new grid as soon as possible.
