The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.

Positioned at the bottom of the basket, its job is to elevate the food from the bottom of the basket, allowing air circulation to envelop each ingredient 360 degrees. Utilizing this position, the heat from the hot air creates an even crispiness while draining excess fat to the bottom. Changing this plate when it is worn protects the internal non-stick coating and facilitates daily cleaning. Using an intact plate is essential to maintain the original performance of your air fryer.
Symptoms, what problems can you solve by replacing the grid
Question: When is it appropriate to change the air fryer plate?
Answer: You should proceed with the replacement if you notice that the protective layer is peeling. Using a worn cooking surface can compromise health and make daily maintenance of your appliance very difficult. The original spare part SS-998219 ensures maximum safety.
Question: Why does the internal plate move or scratch the air fryer container?
Answer: In most cases, the problem is due to the loss of the side supports. Without these bumpers, the cooking surface is no longer stable and risks damaging the internal coating of the basket. Replacing the insert is the best solution to protect the bowl of your air fryer.

Wash the spare part with warm water, mild soap, and a non-abrasive soft sponge. Although dishwasher washing is indicated, hand washing is strongly recommended to keep the non-stick intact over time. Allow the piece to cool completely before washing to avoid thermal shock. If you notice signs of rust, stop using your Air Fryer immediately and purchase a new grid as soon as possible.
