The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.

It protects the motor from the entry of particles that could damage it and retains most allergens and fine dust before the air passes through the subsequent filters. A quality bag is essential to prevent motor overheating and keep the air in your home clean.
Symptoms and Diagnostics (Q&A)
Q: When should I replace Rowenta vacuum bags?
A: It is recommended to change the bag when the vacuum cleaner starts to lose suction power or when the fill indicator (if present) lights up. Do not wait until it is completely full to avoid straining the motor.
Q: Why do I smell a bad odor while vacuuming?
A: This is often a sign of a full bag or one containing decomposing organic residues. Replacing the bag will immediately resolve the issue. Remember to NEVER vacuum liquids, as they come into contact with the bag and the dirt inside, immediately generating mold and bad odors.
Q: Can I reuse the bag to save money?
A: Absolutely not. Microfiber bags are single-use. Emptying and reusing them compromises the fabric's structure, reducing the filtering power and allowing fine dust to enter the motor.
Q: Why is my vacuum cleaner very noisy?
A: The problem could be related to several factors, but the most likely is a lack of maintenance or an overflowing bag. We recommend immediate replacement of both the bag and the filters and a thorough cleaning. Our store offers bags, HEPA filters, and useful tools for a thorough cleaning of the entire appliance.
Q: I have pets at home, are these bags suitable?
A: Absolutely yes. These bags are also suitable for vacuuming pet hair. The important thing is to avoid vacuuming wet or damp hair to prevent bad odors.
Installation Tips
Installation is a breeze.
1. Ensure the appliance is turned off.
2. Open the bag compartment, remove the old component by pulling the designated tab (often equipped with a hygienic closure).
3. Clean the compartment where the new bag will be placed; if present, change the micro-filter located at the suction mouth.
4. Insert the new bag 0068227 by sliding the support into the guides until it reaches the end stop or clicks into place.
5. Ensure the bag is well stretched inside the compartment before closing the door to guarantee maximum airflow.
We suggest also replacing the micro-filters or HEPA filters (if present) every volta you change the bag to keep your vacuum cleaner's performance at its best, extend the motor's life, and prevent bad odors.
