Warranty assistance on request

We manage warranty assistance on request for some brands that do not have a dedicated page in our main list. Before delivery, we carry out a coverage check (brand, model, product category, and documentation).

What is needed to start a claim

  • 🧾 Valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
  • 🏷️ Exact model and, if available, serial number (photo of the label recommended)
  • 📝 Description of the defect (any photos/videos)

Some brands require prior authorisation or specific documents: we will confirm this before delivery.

Most common issues

  • ⚠️ The device does not turn on / does not start
  • 🔌 Interruptions, sudden shutdowns, or electrical malfunctions
  • 🔊 Unusual noises or drop in performance
  • 💧 Leaks or operational anomalies
  • 🧩 Display errors / freezes (if present)
💡 Under warranty, repairs follow the manufacturer's official guidelines, and coverage is verified before acceptance.
