We are an authorised service centre for numerous small appliance brands. A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is always required for processing.

Mandatory authorisation before coming to the service centre:
• Didiesse and Aroma: you must contact the manufacturer to receive the authorisation code for repair. Without it, we cannot accept the machine.
Category limits (main examples):
• Braun: only irons, hand blenders, and kitchen products (DLS group).
• Carimali: superautomatic machines only.
• Cavist: wine coolers (only at our lab).
• Conti: only domestic coffee machines post 18/04/2017 + service coupon.
• Elmot / Gammapiù: excludes shavers, clippers, and steam plates.
• Imperia: no graters or tomato passers.
• La Pavoni: only domestic coffee machines.
• Nespresso: NO VERTUO.
