Otterrete una sfoglia liscia e omogenea pronta per essere tagliata o per realizzare lasagne e ravioli da leccarsi i baffi. Costruito in Italia, questo accessorio è realizzato in lega di alluminio leggera di grado alimentare anodizzata per garantirne la resistenza nel tempo. L'alloggiamento esterno è in elegante acciaio cromato. L'accessorio per tirare la sfoglia è dotato di uno snodo di attacco a K per un rapido e semplice aggancio all'impastatrice Assistent. Basterà inserirlo nello snodo di attacco situato sulla parte anteriore dell'impastatrice Assistent e la sfoglia sarà pronta per essere tirata. La manopola di regolazione presenta un intervallo da 0 a 9 per consentirvi di ottenere lo spessore desiderato per l'impasto.
