The shipping cost is €5.99 for Italy, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders under €39.99.
For orders over €40.00 to these countries, shipping will be free.
The shipping cost may vary from €5.99 to €44.99 for the rest of the world depending on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs delays, or sociopolitical events beyond its control.

What is its function?
The condensate collection tray is designed to collect the few drops of water that may be discharged from the expansion chamber. It normally does not need to be emptied but only cleaned if there are signs of limescale or dirt.
Symptoms, what problems can a failure cause?
If the thermal drainage tray fills up quickly or overflows, it may indicate some functional problem with the coffee machine. This container is located immediately after the expansion chamber, which serves to discharge the excess pressure from the boiler, and has an internal system that retains the water and allows only a few drops of water to flow into the condensate collection tray.
Cleaning instructions
- It can be washed manually or in the dishwasher without any particular issues.
