We provide out of warranty assistance on request for certain brands not listed with a dedicated page in our main directory. Before delivery, we conduct a preliminary assessment (brand, model, product type, and spare parts availability) to let you know immediately if it is worth proceeding.

What is needed to start a request
- 🏷️ Exact model and, if available, serial number (photo of the label recommended)
- 📝 Description of the defect (any photo/video)
- 🔌 Complete product + charger/accessories if necessary for testing
Out of warranty, the repair depends on spare parts availability and the condition of the product: before coming, we will confirm what to bring and whether it makes sense to proceed.
