We are an assistance centre for Nespresso machines produced by Krups and De’Longhi with valid warranty coverage. Unfortunately, we cannot service machines from the Vertuo line.

Most common defects of Nespresso machines

During assistance for Nespresso Krups and De’Longhi machines, we frequently encounter some recurring issues.

  • 🚫 The machine does not dispense coffee or the dispensing is very weak
  • 💧 Water leaks from the base or the back
  • ⚡ The machine does not turn on or turns off suddenly
  • ☕ The coffee comes out cold or at an irregular temperature
  • 🔊 Unusual noises during operation
  • 🔴 Warning lights that flash or indicate an error
💡 In many cases, the problem is related to the pump, water circuit, or internal electrical components. We always check if the defect falls within the warranty coverage.

⚠️ The issues listed refer exclusively to Nespresso Krups and De’Longhi models. Vertuo machines are not handled.

How warranty assistance works

  1. 📦 Bring the Nespresso machine (Krups/De’Longhi) complete with essential components
  2. 🧾 Bring the proof of purchase (receipt/invoice with a legible date)
  3. 🔧 We will open the case and manage the repair according to the established procedure
💡 If your machine is Vertuo, we recommend contacting the official Nespresso channel: we cannot take it in.

Do you handle all Nespresso machines?

No. We only handle Nespresso produced by Krups and De’Longhi under warranty. The Vertuo line is excluded (both under warranty and out of warranty).

What do I need to open a warranty claim?
