Available parts
Bags: paper, microfibre or washable cloth, for 15 to 30 litre drums (Kärcher WD, A and MV, Black & Decker WBV and BXVC, Rowenta Bully, Vorace and Collecto, Numatic Henry and Hetty).
Filters: HEPA cartridge filters, foam motor filters and bag filters for wet & dry vacuums.
Hoses and accessories: rigid extension tubes, flexible hose with handle, floor brush and lid locking lever.
How to choose the right part
Read the model and drum capacity (e.g. 20, 25 or 30 litres) on the appliance label.
For bags and filters, compare shape, diameter and fitting with the part you are replacing.
For hoses and brushes, check the diameter of the connector.
Common problems
Weak suction: full bag or clogged filter → change the bag and clean or replace the filter.
Dust comes out of the exhaust: HEPA filter damaged or badly fitted → replace it.
The lid will not close: broken lever or catch → replace the locking lever.
FAQ
How often should I change the filter?
It depends on use: check it at every bag change and replace it when it is damaged or no longer comes clean.
Can I vacuum liquids with the bag fitted?
Usually not: remove the bag for liquids. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for your model.
