The contents of the bag solidify the used oil present in the fryer or the container in which it is fried, transforming it into a solid mixture to be poured into the organic humid container or to be placed in a bag, in accordance with municipal regulations. It will thus be possible to avoid pouring it into the drains, reducing the possibility of blockages or bad smells.

If the parcel is not delivered due to reasons beyond PG Service's control or beyond a courier's inefficiency (Examples: failed delivery due to absence of the recipient, parcel being returned to the sender due to failure to pick it up at the indicated delivery point) and it is returned to the sender, we will refund the amount of the item but deduct the original shipping costs (if any) and the costs incurred for storage (which amount to 6€).

The return of the items can take place within 30 days of receipt and the transport costs are borne by the buyer.

In case of difficulty we offer a prepaid return service at low cost, costs that will be deducted from the total refund.
