Shipping and Returns

Transit times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination country and the order amount.

All orders are processed with traceable shipping services.

If the parcel is not delivered due to reasons beyond PG Service's control or beyond a courier's inefficiency (Examples: failed delivery due to absence of the recipient, parcel being returned to the sender due to failure to pick it up at the indicated delivery point) and it is returned to the sender, we will refund the amount of the item but deduct the original shipping costs (if any) and the costs incurred for storage (which amount to 6€).

The return of the items can take place within 30 days of receipt and the transport costs are borne by the buyer.

In case of difficulty we offer a prepaid return service at low cost, costs that will be deducted from the total refund.
