Easy returns within 30 days

You can return your purchases, for any reason, within 30 days of receiving them. The transport costs are at your expense (unless there has been an error on our part, in which case contact us), but if you cannot find a cheap or reliable courier we will help you: we can send our courier to collect the package at your address (Italy only) or provide you with a prepaid label to take the package to a post office.
The transport cost will be quoted to you in advance and will be deducted from the final refund.
Remember to pack the product carefully to avoid damage during the return and remember that we are here to help!

    Are you in a hurry or don't want to wait for normal repair times? Request this service when your product arrives, for the modest sum of €5.00 we will immediately take charge of the repair without any waiting! (Terms and conditions apply)

    We can collect the product to be repaired directly from your home , or if you prefer you can take it to a TNT \ FedEx collection point. Contact us for a personalized quote based on your needs. Service valid only for Italy, smaller islands excluded.
