How does the collection and delivery service work?

After you have accepted our quote, we will send a courier to collect the product you want repaired from your address. Alternatively you can deliver it to a TNT or FedEx point, located throughout the country. Once your product has been repaired, we will ship it to the given address or TNT \ FedEx point.
Remember that you will have to take care of packing the product correctly, we will provide you with a shipping label which you will then have to affix on the package before the courier arrives.

The service is currently valid only for Italy.

How much does the pick up and drop off service cost?

The cost of transport can vary according to the size or quantity of products you want to repair. The price ranges from €10 for smaller products such as hand mixers and hand mixers up to €35 for heavier and bulkier microwave ovens.
It is possible to insure the package up to a value of €800 at an additional cost of €6

What products can I send in for repair?

We can collect and repair all household appliances that are normally transportable, therefore excluding built-in ovens, washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, hobs, hoods, etc.
Among the repairable ones, however, we find: beaters, immersion mixers, irons with or without boiler, food processors, planetary mixers, vacuum cleaners, electric brooms, coffee machines, juicers, electric ovens, microwave ovens and many others.
Before shipping, we will ask you to send us some photos to check the condition of your appliance before shipping.

How does the repair process work?

Once we receive the product, we will check it and send you our quote. If you decide to accept this, we will make arrangements with you to return your appliance when the repair is complete.

And to pay?

When you receive the estimate for the collection, you will have to pay the transport costs in advance. We will then send you the second estimate for the repair of your product.
You can easily pay via PayPal or credit card.
We do not accept cash on delivery or bank transfer payments.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The customer is responsible for the correct packaging of the product, in case of damaged appliances we will not be held responsible.
Any incorrect measurements or weights supplied by the customer of the products which may lead to an increase in transport rates will be calculated in the subsequent estimate.
Once we have received the product for repair, the processing times are approximately 2/3 working days, barring exceptions in which the repair is not possible due to spare parts not available in stock, in which case you will be promptly informed of the expected arrival of the components necessary to finish the repair.
In case of repair not possible due to exhausted or discontinued spare parts or excessively expensive repairs, you can decide whether to abandon the product for scrapping or receive it back anyway. In case of abandonment, we will refund 50% of the transport costs previously paid.
In the event of a repeated defect within 15 days of receiving the repaired product, we will proceed with a new collection free of charge. If the defect occurs after 15 days of receipt, the transport costs will be charged to the customer.
Replaced spare parts are guaranteed for 6 months from return.
